In this course, the major purpose was to relieve discomforts due to office ergonomics and to practice muscle strength.

The fitness coach arrived at the office and showed everyone the correct postures. He was very patient with his explanations and corrections. All employees had a good sweat and left the class relieved and renewed.

"I felt much better after taking the session, even though I didn't do so well at the start. I learnt a lot and I want to keep doing it!", said one of the participants. The employees were all very motivated and the course had a great response from everyone at the office.
